2023 Ice Hockey ACT (IHACT) Annual General Meeting
The 2022/23 financial year IHACT AGM is scheduled for, Friday October 27th, 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start at Yowani Country Club (Lyneham). Finger food will be provided and a bar is available to get some drinks.

We are counting on your support so that we can easily surpass the quorum of 15 financial members that we need for this event.

Volunteers are a vital part of our sport and what IHACT needs to ensure hockey continues here in the ACT. We would encourage you to consider one of the Elected Director positions. Nominations will be called from the floor if no nominations for a position have been received.

  4. Presentation of audited financial statements (Treasurer – Marianne Cullen)

    3. Assistant Secretary- 2 year
    4. Treasurer – 1 year
    5. Junior Delegate – 2 year
    6. Senior Delegate – 2 year

Elected Director position

This document also contains the role descriptions for various portfolio director positions, which the new board will appoint at a later date. So please have a look and see if any of the positions interest you and contact the incumbents or President if you have any other questions about the roles.

Please let me know if you would like to nominate for any of these positions at secretary@ihact.org.au. Nominations need to be in to me by 7 days prior to the AGM. Nominations must be in writing or by email. As stated in the Constitution, nominations need to be co-signed by 2 financial members. I will accept emails in support of the nominee as a signature. In the case that someone is not self nominating, the nominee must indicate their acceptance of the nomination.

If you are not yet a current financial IHACT Member, you will need to become an Associated Member to be eligible to attend and vote.  Registration link here

Parents of Junior Members are also encouraged to attend – One parent or guardian is entitled one vote for junior members of the family, as long as the parent or guardian is not already a voting member. Note that there is only one such vote for families with more than one junior member.”
